Access is via self check-in with an electronic lock: complete instructions will be sent before your arrival to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

The building is residential: please respect quiet hours (11pm to 8am) and avoid loud music or excessive noise.

Parties or events are not allowed, and unregistered guests are prohibited.

All guests and visitors must be registered at reception — the building may deny entry to unidentified individuals.

Never dispose of toilet paper in the toilet — please use the trash bin.

The living room is integrated with a spacious smart TV, a workspace for your laptop, and a fully equipped kitchen — featuring a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster — as well as a dining table and a cozy coffee corner for relaxing moments at home.

The bathroom is fully equipped, with a hot shower and strong water pressure, plus a hairdryer, making it perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan ensure restful nights any time of year.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: Available from 2:00 PM, completed automatically via electronic lock (arrival window until 7:00 PM).

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. Upon departure, please remember to turn off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need a different arrangement, we are happy to help whenever possible—just let us know on the day of your check-in or check-out.

You can also secure early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for an additional half-day fee. Please confirm in advance with us to avoid overbooking.

Arriving after 7:00 PM or before 9:00 AM and need in-person support for entry? After 7:00 PM: an additional fee of R$ 150 applies; after midnight and before 9:00 AM, the fee is R$ 300.

At the end of the beach, the Forte de Copacabana houses the Army Historical Museum and the Colombo Bakery at the Fort, offering views over Avenida Atlântica. CUISINE: Rua Santa Clara itself is a local food destination: The Bakers (Rua Santa Clara, 86) is renowned for its coffee and artisanal breads, while Santa Satisfação (Rua Santa Clara, 36) serves popular lunches in a bistro-style setting. TRANSPORTATION

Ride-hailing apps such as Uber, 99, and taxi services offer quick pick-ups right at the building entrance.

Metro: Siqueira Campos Station (Line 1) is about a 4-minute walk away, with direct access to Ipanema, Downtown, Botafogo, and Tijuca. Cantagalo Station, at the border with Ipanema, is also just a few minutes away. Contactless payment (NFC) and PIX are accepted on public transport and at most local businesses.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan subway and bus routes. Santos Dumont Airport: approximately 12 km (about 25 minutes).

Galeão Airport: approximately 25 km (about 45 minutes). Rio Port (Pier Mauá): about 8 km, ideal for cruise arrivals.

Parking: Porto Estacionamentos (Rua Santa Clara, 70) is on the same street as the property, with additional paid street parking available locally.

We offer a complimentary return transfer (Transfer Back) to the airport or bus station for guests staying more than 5 nights. For stays fewer than 4 nights, an Outbound Transfer is available for R$100 for cars up to 4 people (please request at least 1 day in advance, by 4pm).
