Access is through self check-in with an electronic lock; complete instructions will be sent before your arrival to ensure everything is simple and secure.

The building is residential: respect quiet hours and avoid loud music or excessive noise.

Smoking in the room, hosting parties or events, and having unauthorized visitors are not allowed (a fine of R$ 100.00 per person per day for violations).

Guests beyond the reserved number: a fine of R$ 200.00 per night for each additional guest.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Never dispose of toilet paper in the toilet—always use the trash bin.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in a newly renovated, spacious, and welcoming space. In the bedroom, the super comfortable queen bed with extra bedding, pillows, and blankets ensures restful nights. In the living room, the sofa bed provides a cozy space for the third guest next to the large TV.

The kitchen, living, and dining areas are seamlessly integrated into a thoughtfully designed open space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and two coffee machines—one filter and one espresso—for an authentic coffee experience. Dishes, cookware, and wine glasses are provided for preparing and enjoying any meal.

The modern bathroom features hot water, a bidet, and a hairdryer, with essential items provided. Blackout curtains, air conditioning in every room, and a dedicated workspace ensure comfort for both relaxation and remote work. Fast Wi-Fi supports longer stays with ease.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: available from 2:00 PM, completed automatically via electronic lock (arrival window until 7:00 PM).

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. When departing, please remember to turn off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and make sure all windows are closed.

If you require different times, we are happy to assist whenever possible—just make your request on the same day as your check-in or check-out.

You can also secure early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) by paying half the daily rate; this must be confirmed in advance with us to avoid double bookings.

All guests are required to submit identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected according to data privacy laws.

The Chacrinha State Park, an urban green oasis, is just minutes away. It’s perfect for morning walks, swimming in the sea, and watching the sunset along the waterfront.

GASTRONOMY

The avenue and nearby streets offer excellent dining options—from the classic Braseiro da Praia to Rian, a beloved neighborhood spot for homemade meals. Along the beach, bars and kiosks serve fresh coconut water, draft beer, and light dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Subway: Cardeal Arcoverde Station (Line 1) is just a few minutes' walk away, offering direct access to Ipanema, Downtown, Botafogo, and Tijuca. Contactless payment (NFC) and PIX are accepted on public transport and in local stores.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan your bus and subway routes. Santos Dumont Airport: approximately 12 km away (about 25 minutes).

Galeão Airport: approximately 25 km away (about 45 minutes). Rio Port (Pier Mauá): approximately 8 km away, ideal for cruise arrivals.

Parking: Riopark (Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 1417) and Lued Estacionamento Rotativo (Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 807), both located on the same avenue as the property.

We offer a complimentary return transfer (Transfer Back) to the airport or bus station for stays over 5 nights. For stays under 4 nights, Transfer Out is available for R$ 100 for cars up to 4 people (please request at least 1 day in advance, by 4:00 PM).
