CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: Available from 2:00 PM, completed automatically through self check-in (arrival window until 7:00 PM).

Check-out: Until 12:00 PM. When leaving, please remember to turn off all devices, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need different arrangements, we are happy to assist whenever possible—just request on the same day of check-in or check-out.

You may also secure early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for half the daily rate, always confirmed in advance to avoid overbooking.

Arriving after 7:00 PM or before 9:00 AM and need in-person support for entry? After 7:00 PM: a fee of R$ 150 applies; after midnight and before 9:00 AM, the fee is R$ 300.

All guests must send identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected in accordance with the LGPD.

Rua Santa Clara is one of the neighborhood’s most complete streets. It starts at Avenida Atlântica near Posto 6 and runs through Copacabana until it reaches the border with Ipanema. Both residential and bustling, it is home to cafes, bars, shops, and services along its entire length— and the property is located in the most sought-after section, just minutes from the beach.

BEACHES AND NATURE: Copacabana Beach is just a short walk away, with its lively promenade and lifeguard posts. Posto 6, at the end of the street, is one of the most traditional spots on the waterfront. At the far end of the beach, the Copacabana Fort houses the Army Historical Museum and the renowned Colombo Café, with views of Avenida Atlântica. It's the ideal place for morning walks, a swim in the sea, and sunsets on the shore.

GASTRONOMY: Rua Santa Clara itself is a local food destination. The Bakers (Rua Santa Clara, 86) is known for its artisan breads and coffee, while Santa Satisfação (Rua Santa Clara, 36) serves popular lunch dishes in a cozy bistro setting. TRANSPORTATION

Apps such as Uber, 99, and taxis are quickly available at the building entrance.

Metro: Siqueira Campos Station (Line 1) is about a 4-minute walk, offering direct access to Ipanema, downtown, Botafogo, and Tijuca. Cantagalo Station, near the Ipanema border, is also nearby. Contactless payment (NFC) and PIX are accepted both for public transport and at local businesses.

We recommend the Moovit app for planning bus and metro routes. Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 12 km away (about 25 minutes).

Galeão Airport: approximately 25 km (about 45 minutes). Port of Rio (Pier Mauá): around 8 km—ideal for cruise ship arrivals.

Parking: The condominium offers private parking onsite—a rare convenience in Copacabana. Alternatively, Porto Estacionamentos (Rua Santa Clara, 70) is on the same street, and paid street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

We offer a free return transfer (Transfer Back) to the airport or bus terminal for stays of more than 5 nights. For shorter stays (under 4 nights), outbound transfers are available at R$100 for cars with up to 4 passengers (please request at least 1 day in advance, by 4 PM).
