YOUR STAY

Rua Sá Ferreira is a short and peaceful street that connects Avenida Atlântica, near the Arpoador, to Rua Barata Ribeiro — right on the border between Copacabana and Ipanema. The General Osório Station entrance is on the same street as the property, making it nearly at your doorstep when you exit the metro.

Recently renovated, the studio offers comfort and convenience to make you feel at home: a queen bed, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. It’s the perfect starting point to enjoy the two most famous beaches in Rio — ideal for both leisure and business trips.

Access is via self check-in: complete instructions will be sent before your arrival to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

The building is residential: please respect quiet hours after 10 p.m., and avoid loud noises or music.

Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted in the room.

Short visits are allowed, but must be communicated in advance — for overnight guests, an extra fee of R$ 100 applies.

Never flush toilet paper — please dispose of it in the bin.

Pets are welcome.

The studio can host up to 4 guests in a newly renovated, integrated space: the queen bed offers restful sleep, while the sofa bed comfortably accommodates a third guest.

The living area features a widescreen Smart TV, a workspace for your laptop, and a fully equipped kitchen—refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster—so you can prepare anything from breakfast to dinner. Ample cabinets help keep everything organized throughout your stay.

The modern bathroom provides hot water and a hairdryer, and the outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach. Blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan ensure peaceful nights in any season.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: Available from 2:00 PM, completed automatically through self check-in (arrival window until 7:00 PM).

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. When leaving, please remember to turn off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need any special arrangements, we are happy to help whenever possible—just let us know on the same day as your check-in or check-out.

You can also secure early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for an additional half-day rate, always confirmed with us in advance to avoid overbooking.

All guests are required to send identification documents at least 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected in compliance with LGPD regulations.

ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Copacabana is the most famous neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro—and one of the most recognized landmarks in the world. Its four-kilometer seafront, featuring the iconic wavy promenade designed by Burle Marx, brings together a vibrant beach scene, kiosks, bike paths, and a lively urban atmosphere that never stops: from sunrise strolls on the boardwalk to evenings filled with bars and restaurants. Staying here means experiencing Rio at its most iconic.

Rua Sá Ferreira occupies the most strategic address along the coast: a short, residential street that connects Avenida Atlântica, near Arpoador, to Rua Barata Ribeiro—right at the border between Copacabana and Ipanema, with the General Osório Station entrance just one block away.

BEACHES AND NATURE: Copacabana Beach is only a few minutes' walk, while Ipanema Beach begins on the other side of Arpoador—giving you a choice of which coastline to enjoy each day. Sunset at Pedra do Arpoador, overlooking Dois Irmãos and Leblon, is a must-see ritual. Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, just minutes away, offers a bike path, kiosks, and striking views of Corcovado.

DINING: The corner by Praça General Osório features excellent options: Cantina da Praça (Rua Jangadeiros, 28) serves classic Italian dishes across from the square, and Mercearia da Praça (Rua Jangadeiros, Stores A and B) is known for European and Portuguese cuisine. TRANSPORTATION

Ride-hailing apps such as Uber, 99, and taxis are available quickly at the building entrance.

Subway: The General Osório Station (Lines 1 and 4) is located on the same street as the property, just a few steps away, offering direct access to Copacabana, Downtown, Barra da Tijuca, and Jardim Botânico. Contactless payment (NFC) and PIX are accepted for both public transportation and in local shops.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan your bus and metro routes. Santos Dumont Airport: approximately 12 km (about 25 minutes away).

Galeão Airport: approximately 25 km (about 45 minutes away). Rio Port (Pier Mauá): approximately 8 km, ideal for cruise ship arrivals.

Parking: PareBem (Rua Visconde de Pirajá, 152) is open 24 hours, and paid street parking is also available nearby.

We offer a complimentary return transfer (Transfer Back) to the airport or bus station for stays of 5 nights or more. For shorter stays (up to 4 nights), the transfer fee is R$ 100 for cars with up to 4 people (please request at least 1 day in advance, by 4 p.m.).
