ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: from 2:00 PM. Check-in is completed remotely using an electronic lock. The access code will be sent on the day of arrival, around 1:00 PM. Early entry from 9:00 AM may be allowed at no extra cost, depending on availability. Please send a photo ID for all guests at least 72 hours before arrival (in accordance with data protection regulations).

CHECK-OUT: by 12:00 PM. If there are no new guests scheduled for the same day, check-out can be extended until 3:00 PM, subject to availability. When leaving, please place the keys on the side table (if applicable), turn off all electronic devices, and dispose of all trash properly. We offer luggage storage support at our Copacabana base (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).
