EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom. With a front-facing view, it is located on the 10th floor and just a 5-minute drive from the beach.

It offers an electronic lock, queen-size bed, single mattresses, bed linens and towels, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtains, iron, hair dryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, bidet spray, and gas-heated hot water.

Private parking is available for your stay.

A portable crib and car seat for children, along with linens, towels, and beach chairs, are available upon request. Please request these items at least one day in advance or pick them up at our store.

We provide fresh bed linens and towels every 7 days. Please request this service at least one day in advance.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is completed remotely using a password or key, depending on local availability, between 2 PM and 5 PM. On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, we will send you the password. Please ensure you have Wi-Fi access to receive it. If you need a different check-in time, let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to help!

For security reasons, all guests must be identified. Two days before your arrival, we will remind you to send a photo of your identification documents. Your data is protected in accordance with the LGPD.

Check-out is self-service: simply turn off all appliances and close the door when you leave. Our cleaning staff will arrive at 12 PM to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
