The location is a true highlight. Copacabana Beach is just one block away, and the Cardeal Arcoverde metro station is directly across from number 181, just a few steps from the building entrance. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, with arrival accepted up until 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM, with a complimentary extension until 3:00 PM if no new reservation is scheduled for the same day. Arrivals after 7:00 PM require a R$ 150 support fee. Arrivals after midnight or before 9:00 AM require a R$ 300 fee.

Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The building does not provide cribs. Children ages 2 to 12 and infants under 2 are welcome, but guests must bring their own crib or appropriate sleeping arrangement for babies.

The maximum capacity is 4 people, including children and infants.

This is ideal for guests arriving before 2:00 PM or departing after 12:00 PM who want to explore without carrying bags.

HOUSEKEEPING

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrives and includes fresh bedding and towels. Linens are changed for every new stay.

Early check-in between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and late check-out between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, are offered at an additional half-day rate, subject to availability.

Arrivals after 7:00 PM are subject to an in-person service fee of R$ 150. For arrivals after midnight or before 9:00 AM, the fee is R$ 300.

Self check-in using a code waives the in-person service fee.

Guest identification documents are required 72 hours in advance, in accordance with data protection regulations.
