YOUR STAY

This one-bedroom apartment is located on Rua Raul Pompéia, at the southern end of Copacabana, between Francisco Otaviano and Sá Ferreira. Situated in the neighborhood’s most residential area, it’s just minutes from Arpoador and the beach, with local shops nearby, and away from the main tourist crowds.

The apartment features a compact and efficient layout: one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom, a practical kitchen, and a living area. It's ideal for three scenarios: a couple with a child, two friends traveling together, or a group of three on a short business trip.

The apartment comes with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table. A washing machine is provided for longer stays.

The location is a highlight. Rua Raul Pompéia runs from Barata Ribeiro toward Posto 6 and Ipanema, placing guests between Copacabana and Arpoador with quick access to the beach and General Osório metro station.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Check-in starts at 2:00 p.m., and arrivals are accepted until 7:00 p.m. Check-out is by 12:00 p.m.; if there are no new guests arriving the same day, late check-out until 3:00 p.m. may be offered as a courtesy. Arrivals after 7:00 p.m. require an in-person service fee of R$ 150. For arrivals after midnight or before 9:00 a.m., the fee is R$ 300.

Pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Parties and events are also prohibited.

The building does not provide a crib. Children from 2 to 12 years old and infants under 2 are welcome, but guests must bring their own crib or safe sleeping arrangement for babies.

The maximum occupancy is 3 people, including children and babies.

Full access instructions will be sent 72 hours prior to arrival, along with a request for guest identification documents.

The living area includes a sofa bed, dining table, tables, chairs, and a Smart TV.

The compact kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, sink, and a selection of utensils.

The bathroom provides a shower, hot water, toilet, toilet paper, soap, and bath towels.

For added convenience: elevator, private entrance, electronic key, washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes rack, cleaning supplies, and trash bins.

Enhanced safety features include a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and a building concierge.

Accessibility features include step-free access, a flat and even pathway to the entrance, and well-lit common areas at night.

Free street parking and paid parking options are available nearby.

A bicycle is available for guest use during your stay.

LUGGAGE, CRIB, AND BEACH CHAIRS

The building does not supply a crib or playpen. Guests with infants should bring or arrange to rent their own crib.

Beach chairs and beach gear are provided at no cost for all guests.

Luggage storage is available at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, in Copacabana, for R$ 40 per bag for up to 24 hours. From the fourth bag onward, a 25% discount applies: store four bags and pay for three. This is a practical solution for those arriving before 2:00 p.m. or leaving after 12:00 p.m.

HOUSEKEEPING

The apartment is cleaned before each check-in, with fresh bed and bath linens provided. All linens are replaced between stays.

For longer visits, extra cleaning services are available, including linen changes and replenishing essentials. Please request in advance with our support team.

BUSINESS TRAVEL

Invoices can be issued for company stays; billing is available by request. The apartment offers a dining table that doubles as a workspace, along with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure comfort and productivity for business guests.

Arrivals after 7:00 PM are subject to a human support fee of R$ 150. Arrivals after midnight or before 9:00 AM incur a fee of R$ 300.

Self check-in with a code exempts the human support fee.

Guest identification documents will be requested 72 hours before arrival to comply with LGPD regulations. Full access instructions will be provided before your stay.

YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Copacabana is the most famous neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro, and Rua Raul Pompéia acts as the link connecting Copacabana to Arpoador and Ipanema. This street continues from Barata Ribeiro toward Posto 6, making it one of the most strategic routes for anyone seeking easy access to two of the most desirable neighborhoods in the South Zone.

Interesting facts: The street is named after Raul d'Ávila Pompéia, who was born in Jacuecanga, a district of Angra dos Reis, on April 12, 1863. He authored "O Ateneu," a novel published in 1888 that is considered a classic of Brazilian literature. Pompéia was also a professor of mythology at the School of Fine Arts and served as the director of the National Library. The street was previously called Rua Marinho before being renamed in his honor.

Beaches: Copacabana Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and Arpoador can be reached by following the waterfront. This area, where the sea meets the rocks, is a popular spot for locals to watch the sunset each day.

Gastronomy: In the area, Adega Cesare, located at Rua Joaquim Nabuco, 44, is well known for its Brazilian cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. Grill Inn, at Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 1182, offers a more casual dining experience. Astor Ipanema, a traditional bar near the end of the street, is also recognized for its beautiful view.

Culture: The Copacabana Fort, Arpoador, and various cultural activities along the waterfront are only a few minutes away. The region played a significant role in artistic movements during the 1960s and 1970s and was frequented by intellectuals, artists, and musicians.

Bus: Lines 169, 455, 474, 553, and SP 404 stop on Rua Raul Pompéia. The BRS 2 Raul Pompéia stop is just a 4-minute walk away.
