Each 7 days we change Bed and Bath, just order, ok? Count on us to plan your trip, local tips, tickets, exchange and laundry.

Your reservation is exclusive, for the use of the whole house, up to the informed capacity of adults. Guests are welcome!

The apartment is complete, has all the features of a normal home, it was all designed to meet your trip with comfort and safety!

All our apartments are dedicated to hosting, managed from Monday to Monday by a team that works with great care to guarantee the best experience for guests!

RULES:
1. Check in: 2 pm; Check-out; 12pm. If you need something different, let us know in time.
2. Do not smoke or consume drugs inside the accommodation.
3. The building is residential. Respect moral values, local laws, condominium rules and noise schedule (maximum until 9 pm).
4. In common areas, do not travel with bathing suits or shirtless and do not make excessive noise.
5. Obey local rules, for example, limit people in the elevator or dispose of garbage in the appropriate places. If in doubt, ask us.

Your accommodation has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, household items and hot water.

Two highlights of the apartment are the warmth and silence it offers, both inside and outside the city. Close to the Jardim Beach, many people take their pets to run and also to play with children, while they slow down from the rush of everyday life.

At the neighboorhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability.

On the day of your arrival we will send instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.


We have a maid who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

Copacabana is a 24/7 neighborhood and very charming!

You will be a few steps to one of the most famous beaches in the world, local shops, pharmacies, markets, street markets, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway. From the airports it is about 20 minutes from the SDU and 50 minutes from the GIG.

In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in an ordinary neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.
