Your reservation grants exclusive use of the entire apartment, for up to 4 guests.

This accommodation does not accept pets.

Items like a travel crib, extra linens, and beach chairs are available upon prior request (please ask at least 24 hours in advance).

For stays longer than 7 days, we offer an extra linen and towel change (upon request).

This is a residential building — please keep noise down after 9 PM and follow the house rules.

No smoking or use of illegal substances is allowed inside the property.

Our team is available daily, from 8 AM to 8 PM, through the booking platform. For emergencies, you can always count on us!

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom features a cozy double bed and air conditioning. The living room has a sofa bed, perfect for additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and dining space — great for those who like to cook after a day exploring.

Wi-Fi is available for remote work or staying connected, and the space is peaceful and homey — perfect for relaxing.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is in person, with a physical key, between 2 PM and 6 PM. Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive outside this window.

Check-out is by 12 PM. Need more time? Just ask — we’re happy to help if possible.

For safety, we ask for guest ID 48 hours in advance, in accordance with Brazilian data protection law (LGPD).
