During your stay, every 7 days we change bed linen and bath, we just ask you to let us know 1 day before you want the exchange.

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, depending on local availability.

On the day of your arrival, at 1 pm, we will send you the instructions. It is important that you have internet network to receive them, ok? Let me know as soon as possible if you need anything different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when it is 2 days before your arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected, in light of the LGPD.
